@Michelle Cyr both. Watching the picture form is half the fun. My Mom was a beautiful artist. She played a game with me when I was a kid. She gave me a pencil and told me to draw anything I liked using circles and lines, but I COULDN’T lift the pencil off the page. After I scribbled around, she would complete the picture. It was always a recognizable picture, I would watch in amazement as she created beauty from what I considered a mess. I taught my first mistake this game, he was a talented cartoonist. His pictures were great in a comedic way and we would laugh until we cried. It’s a great game and I miss playing it.

@Michelle Cyr try it. Have someone draw a continuous random circle/line design and then see what you see. It is similar to what you described. Instead of filling in the voided center, expand the picture in your imagination and expand on it.

@Michelle Cyr Dad didn't complete lose his foot. Australian doctors wanted to take it, but Mom wouldn't sign the papers. So, they sanded down what was left of his ankle to keep it, but it locked his foot in place without any movement. Dad had a permanent limp and walked on the inside of what was left of the foot. It was better than the alternative, but he could no longer shift a bike. The same bike he wrecked on is what fell on me as a kid when I was 3. I still have a visible scan left on my thigh, the ones on my foot and leg have all faded. Let's say Australia had weird ways of fixing people back then. They butterflied me instead of stitching the wound that ran from my foot to the top on my thigh. I do like that I was butterflied, it does fit me perfectly. 😊 Dad went to hobby racing after that. He did derby cars and 1/4-mile racing with street cars and rails. He continued his trade of mechanics and he designed a few bikes. He designed a chopper for the Hulk, Lou Ferigno in the 70's. It was green and he called it the Mean Green Machine or something like that. My brothers still race cars and unfortunately, I let a boy stop me from getting in a rail when I was 17. Short story, I should have grown a bigger set of ovaries and just did it, but it is what it is. lol

It was a nickname given to me from childhood friends because they were tired of me correcting them. My mother gave me a name that felt foreign in my soul my whole life. I constantly asked her why she would name me that and when I was 21 she finally fessed up that the neighbor named me. Great. I asked her two questions. What would she have named me if she didn’t let a neighbor name me thinking she would say Kimberly or Cindy or something different than the answer that I got. She said she didn’t have another name picked out. She liked that name. So the second question was what was the neighbor‘s name. And that answer was even better. She said she didn’t remember. So obviously it was a close personal friend that she allowed to name her kid. It’s a hyphenated name and when you shorten it, it’s even worse than the hyphenated name and I will tear you apart if you try to shorten it. Hence my friends naming me, LM. And if people asked what it stood for, they jumped in to protect them by saying it stood for Love Muffin. 🤣
