Question: Paypal or Wise in Belize

Does anyone here live in Belize or work with clients based there? I have a client who is unable to open a PayPal or Wise account due to country restrictions. Interestingly, they are able to make purchases through PayPal, but they cannot receive payments.

Could anyone recommend a compliant workaround or an alternative payment solution that reliably supports receiving payments in Belize? Any insights, referrals, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
