Just took on a new client
so I just took on a new 1-on-1 client. I’m going to start building her through the classroom stuff we got here and see how things go. Would love to see this stuff and how to build it into sessions for her.
What do you guys think I should do to mix all of this together into sessions for her? Was thinking of taking a little bit from each section and putting it together in a fun way. I’m interested in strictly using what we’ve got here with this for the beginning and then eventually breaking free from it.
Figured it would be a fun way to change things up from what I normally do.
