The Oxytocin House of Learning is a free community where we learn to notice them, and to lead the change, with Dr Jacqui Dyer MBE and Edward Neequaye MSc.
This community is for those moving beyond awareness-raising into practical, accountable anti-racist practice across mental health services, the wider NHS, social care, local authorities and the voluntary sector.
Here we explore what PCREF looks like in practice, and the questions that matter. How do we respond to race-related harm? How do we build psychological safety and belonging in our teams, and hold ourselves accountable for follow-through?
