🔥 Monday Motivation
Hope you guys had a great weekend! Now it’s time to get this week started.
I attached a little sales motivation video to this one, and there’s a reason for it.
Whether you realize it or not, when you’re trying to get hired, you’re in sales.
You are the business.
You are the product.
Every application, station visit, conversation and interview is an opportunity to show a department who you are and why they should invest in YOU.
That doesn’t mean being fake or trying to give them the answers you think they want to hear. It means learning how to communicate your story, your work ethic, your values and what you bring to the table.
You can be a great candidate on paper, but you still have to learn how to sell yourself. 🔥
So what do you guys have lined up this week? CPAT? Biddle? Written test? Interview? Station visits? Training?
And what’s something you’re struggling with or trying to improve this week? Post it up. That’s what this community is here for.
