Mentality. Intensity. Presence.
When you walk into the gym are you LOCKED IN? Or are you on your phone between sets, half-counting reps, going through the motions?
Are you actually LIFTING the weight? Or are you moving it?
Are you bracing? Breathing right?
Engaging the muscle you’re supposed to be working?
Are you pushing the last rep when it gets hard or stopping when it gets uncomfortable?
The kid running the “perfect” program with 60% effort gets nothing.
The kid running an average program with 100% effort gets results.
Stop looking for the magic program. Look at how you show up.
