Breakfast today. Really simple, I usually eat the same thing everyday. A form of Carbs, eggs, and a fruit with my electrolytes.
I really focus on heavy carb and electrolyte intake in the mornings to fuel the day. While also trying to get in some protein. After this I’ll have a protein coffee.
