We’re hiring a Go-To-Market Engineer to run our outbound engine. It’s doing ~$100K/month. Your job: run it without me, improve it, and keep clients supported in Slack.
What you’ll do:
- End-to-end outbound: ICP List build, build automations, deliverability, reporting.
- Operate: commit to outcomes, not hours. Pipeline created weekly.
- Support clients in Slack: fast responses, clear guidance, and share insights.
- Build the machine: sequence library, angle bank, objection matrix, weekly tests.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of outbound experience (cold email or LinkedIn; experience in at least one channel required).
- Experience with Clay & Instantly
- Experience with Zapier, Make, N8N, or all of the above
- Based in North America or Europe (no exceptions)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working in the Agency market
- Sales Experience
Comp & path:
$2,500/month part-time (≈4 hrs/day) for ~90 days.
Promoted to full-time at $5,000/month once competent (60-90 days to promote)
Big upside: Potential for profit share as we scale
