Over the last 12 months, those emails booked 2,136 sales calls for us (not counting client campaigns). I just dropped a new YouTube breakdown. Here’s a quick taste: 1. Specificity > Crazy Promises “We’ll get you more clients” is dead. When we got ultra-specific (niche, offer, deal size, packages, who their clients are), reply rates and trust went up without screaming 100-call guarantees. 2. Lead Efficiency = Hidden Goldmine We took positive reply → booked call from 15% to 35% 3. AI Personalization Or You’re Toast In 2026 Even “basic” AI-powered personalization (site/product/case study/tier references) more than doubled positive replies vs. non-personalized sends. When it’s relevant to what you sell, it’s even bigger.
