I'm a LinkedIn Ghostwriter behind multi-million figure founders and execs
Hey everyone. I'm Thahaseen.
Here's my roller coaster journey in short:
In 2018, I knew I had to build a strong name for myself.
Since then, I've never stopped hustling.
I chose the IT field as my field of study (by mistake). Realised I can't code.
So I ventured out.
1. Joined an events management startup company as an "Events Executive" and worked for free.
→ Why? I was hungry for experience. The pay didn't matter to me. After a while, I found that I love planning. Planned many events together.
2. The events company had a sister marketing company. I joined as a "Marketing Executive"
→ Why? I've had event experience. Why not get marketing experience too? So I did. From website building, social media growth, and more. And yes, worked for free. Experience first.
3. In my 4th year of doing IT, I applied for an internship by myself. My teacher had to put her head on the table to get me an approval (Singapore is strict with rules. I owe her a lot for this)
→ Why? Because I didn't want to "code" during my internship. So I applied for a "Systems and events" role at a governmental organisation. The best part was their culture, people and their office (too beautiful)
4. Joined an Ed-tech company as a public speaking and creative writing expert.
→ Why? I'm known as a "motivator" and someone who can convince people with words. And I naturally loved communication and public speaking. So I ventured that part of me.
5. Discovered digital writing. Wrote on Medium and X. Found LinkedIn afterwards and haven't looked back since then.
→ Why? LinkedIn is underutilised. Only less than 1% are active users here, yet more than 75% of decision makers are here. CEO, COO, CFO, CRO and more. So, shouldn't I be utilising it? That's why you see me here building my own brand, as well as other founders' brands.
These are just some of my key work experiences.
Looking back, I think I've had a crazy amount of experience from multiple industries.
None of it was "by the book." Just relentless obsession and action.
Here's what I've learned:
You don't need the perfect path. You need the hunger to keep moving.
Every “wrong turn” gave me a new edge.
Every unpaid role paid off in lessons.
And today, all those dots connect.
Yet, I'm just getting started.
So, welcome and thank you for reading till the end :)
