Recorded: 09 May 2026 In this inspiring leadership and business training call, Zinzino President Art Napolitano introduced Zinzino Co-Founder and 7 Star Global President Hilde Saele, describing her and her husband Orjan as visionary leaders who have built Zinzino with a mission to impact 100 million lives through test-based nutrition. Hilde opened by speaking about leadership, reminding everyone that leadership begins with leading yourself. She explained that success in Zinzino comes down to consistency and intentional action, especially during high-growth periods such as May through November, which historically have been strong momentum months for the company. She outlined four key principles for building a successful month in business: 1. Set a Clear Goal - Have a meaningful but realistic target. Focus on rank advancement, personal enrollments, customer acquisition, and overall team customer growth. 2. Create a Specific Plan - Break goals down into actionable numbers, meetings, and activities. Success becomes achievable when targets are mapped out clearly. 3. Define Your Inner Circle - Identify the key people in your team you are committed to helping grow. Leadership happens through personal conversations, mentorship, and proactive support. 4. Lead from the Front - Duplication follows action. Hilde emphasized that teams will model the activity, standards, and ambition of their leaders. Throughout the training, Hilde repeatedly stressed the importance of personal activity, mindset, and belief. She encouraged participants to “zoom out to zoom in” — connecting smaller monthly goals to larger long-term dreams and visions. A major theme of the interview was ambition and self-belief. Hilde shared how environment and upbringing shape people’s thinking around comfort, security, and freedom. She explained how she and Orian built their vision by repeatedly speaking their goals out loud long before others believed they were possible. One of the most impactful moments came when Hilde referenced the “Dartmouth Scar Experiment,” a psychological study demonstrating how people often carry invisible limitations and expectations shaped by their past experiences.
