Monday Mindset Reset is happening in 5 days
Why High-Performing Men Burn Out (It's Not Your Work Ethic)
Most men don't burn out because they're weak. They burn out because they've been carrying stress, pressure, and responsibility for so long that their nervous system never gets a chance to recover. If this resonates, watch the video and share it with a man who needs to hear it. Gregg

June is here. So is your next test.
Welcome back, brothers. Before we dive into this month — I want to ask you something real: What are you actually focused on right now? Not what's on your to-do list. Not what your job needs from you. Not what's making the most noise. What are you intentionally focused on — for yourself, your growth, your regulation? For me, my focus this month is a no-pressure mindset. Not ignoring what's hard. Not pretending things don't exist. But refusing to react immediately. Refusing to catastrophize. Refusing to give my energy to things that aren't serving me in this moment — especially the things I don't even have control over. When something comes up, the practice is: pause before I respond to it. Ask — does this deserve my nervous system right now? Most of the time, the answer is no. That's the work this month. Now I want to hear from you: 👇🏾 Drop below — what's your area of focus for June? And how are you planning to protect that focus when distractions show up (because they will)? Also, how can I support you this month? What do you need most right now? 📌 Quick announcement — The RESET Nervous System Webinar w/InspirationalM has been rescheduled to June 26th. More details coming soon. Block the date.

What’s your thoughts
Fear says, “Nobody really sees me.” Faith says, “The Lord knows me.” That is a big difference. The enemy loves to whisper that you are forgotten, hidden, or overlooked, but God is not blind to you. He knows the stars by name, and He knows you too. Deep facts!
The Game Of Life And How To Play it (Audiobook)
A lot of men move through life carrying pressure, survival mode, overthinking, and emotional weight so heavily that they forget life is also meant to be experienced, learned from, and even played with. “The Game of Life and How to Play It” is a reminder that your thoughts, words, energy, and identity shape more of your reality than most men realize. This book helped me slow down, reflect, stop taking every setback so personally, and begin understanding the deeper principles life may be trying to teach you so you can become the man you’re meant to be.
