@Domenico Bentivegna depends on the days.. more importantly our environments. So now the question becomes which environments do I find myself in that trigger me to show up inconsistent or Unregulated. Better yet.. If I am showing up regulated internally whatâs is causing my external environment not to match. This Scorecard identifies internal emotions and conflicts, which can be interrupted when weâre not clear or grounded in how weâre showing up.
@Sabatino Jablonski thank you for sharing and no. There is no good or bad, we learned that from the world. Your results indicate youâve been through some shit. That youâre doing your best ON YOUR OWN to get better but itâs not helping. Where youâre trying harder, it doesnât add up. When you feel motivated, double the energy comes against you. This isnât random. This is your kind being. I Tom of your reality. At the severe point, our outer reality proves stronger than our inner. Youâre not bad. Youâve been doing your best to deal with hard shit on your own. The intense emotions are holding you as opposed to you feeling liberated from them. This is an indication that committing to my 12 week program will give you the transformation youâre looking for. At the same time it will show you where you are and how being coachable will change your outcome.
