Man I am proud for you.
June is here. So is your next test.
Welcome back, brothers. Before we dive into this month — I want to ask you something real: What are you actually focused on right now? Not what's on your to-do list. Not what your job needs from you. Not what's making the most noise. What are you intentionally focused on — for yourself, your growth, your regulation? For me, my focus this month is a no-pressure mindset. Not ignoring what's hard. Not pretending things don't exist. But refusing to react immediately. Refusing to catastrophize. Refusing to give my energy to things that aren't serving me in this moment — especially the things I don't even have control over. When something comes up, the practice is: pause before I respond to it. Ask — does this deserve my nervous system right now? Most of the time, the answer is no. That's the work this month. Now I want to hear from you: 👇🏾 Drop below — what's your area of focus for June? And how are you planning to protect that focus when distractions show up (because they will)? Also, how can I support you this month? What do you need most right now? 📌 Quick announcement — The RESET Nervous System Webinar w/InspirationalM has been rescheduled to June 26th. More details coming soon. Block the date.

@Sabatino Jablonski Nice brother. What does this look like in steps you can implement through out the week?

This is beautiful my brother. The fact that you have an actionable plan.. You will see growth!
Empty and in pain
I got a taste of what my heart wanted, then the door closed again, and that kind of pain hits like a truck. Fear says, ‘This is too much, I can’t keep going.’ But faith says, ‘Jesus is still holding me when my hands are shaking.’ What you felt today does not mean you are weak. It means you love your daughters for real. And when love gets separated, the heart hurts, plain and simple. I have no issues with the tears, the ache, the quiet after the visit, but when that pain starts telling you a lie, you got to answer it. Don’t say, “I’m empty, so I’m done.” Say, “I’m hurting, but I’m still here, and Jesus is still here with me!” That’s the move. Not trying to carry the whole next year tonight. Just the next breath. Just the next prayer. Just the next hour. And listen, grief loves to whisper condemnation, but it does not get the final word. You are not abandoned. You are not forgotten. God never quits! When David lost his little son, he said he could not come back to him, but he would go to him. That’s the kind of hope that keeps a man standing when his legs feel soft. So tonight, keep it simple. Eat something. Sit still for a minute. Talk to Jesus in plain words.

Thank you for sharing. Vulnerability isn't easy. You just had a huge life moment. It took courage to walk away from what you did. Gifted the chance to be with your family. To me, these are signs you are walking in the right direction. You will be tested. It's not what you see in front of you. It's what you're feeling inside of you. The test is to see how you respond. To see if you really want what you say. Not by your words. By your actions and how you show up. Love you, my brother! Gregg
What’s your thoughts
Fear says, “Nobody really sees me.” Faith says, “The Lord knows me.” That is a big difference. The enemy loves to whisper that you are forgotten, hidden, or overlooked, but God is not blind to you. He knows the stars by name, and He knows you too. Deep facts!

I think this is why so many people struggle with anxiety, insecurity, and feeling lost. Fear convinces us we're alone, unseen, and forgotten. Faith reminds us that we're known, loved, and guided—even when we can't see the bigger picture. The same God who created the stars knows your name, your story, and your purpose. That's a powerful perspective shift. Gregg
Self-Discipline Isn't What You Think
Most think discipline is about working harder. It's not. Real discipline is keeping the promises you make to yourself when you don't feel like it. As a psychotherapist and men's performance coach, I've learned that most men don't have a discipline problem—they have an emotional regulation problem. When stress, frustration, fear, or burnout show up, the mind starts negotiating. Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what carries you forward anyway. Confidence isn't built by thinking differently. It's built by repeatedly proving to yourself that you'll do what you said you would do. Watch the video and share your biggest takeaway below. Gregg
