What’s Your Current Running Plan?
I’ve entered a 10k race in 7 weeks time and I’m easing myself back into running.
I’m following a plan on the Nike app which is testing me - but not in the way you’d think.
It wants me to run shorter distances than used to.
I used to think if it wasn’t at least 5k it wasn’t worth doing. But I’m going to keep faith with it.
