๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ Have you tried the 10-minute post-run stretch yet?
Iโ€™ve added a simple post-run stretching routine to the Classroom that takes just 10 minutes and focuses on the muscles runners use the most. Itโ€™s designed for ordinary runners, not yoga experts ๐Ÿ˜… So donโ€™t worry if youโ€™re not flexible. Most of us arenโ€™t. The goal is simply to help your body recover better after a run and keep things moving well for the next one. If youโ€™ve tried it, Iโ€™d love to hear from you. Drop a comment below and tell us: ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Did you do it after a run? ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Which stretch did you feel the most? ๐Ÿ‘ Did it make your legs feel better afterwards?
