Iโve added a simple post-run stretching routine to the Classroom that takes just 10 minutes and focuses on the muscles runners use the most. Itโs designed for ordinary runners, not yoga experts ๐
So donโt worry if youโre not flexible. Most of us arenโt. The goal is simply to help your body recover better after a run and keep things moving well for the next one.
