I’ve added a simple post-run stretching routine to the Classroom that takes just 10 minutes and focuses on the muscles runners use the most.
It’s designed for ordinary runners, not yoga experts 😅
So don’t worry if you’re not flexible. Most of us aren’t.
The goal is simply to help your body recover better after a run and keep things moving well for the next one.
