Fetch card
This one some users are reporting decent limits and the pre-approve app tells you your limit before you accept.
It is a rewards app, get the app on your phone.
Then in settings you can find the Fetch amex card.
It is not issued by Amex, it is issued by Imprint cards. The payment rails are amex.
And you can get it without a hard pull.
Make sure your bureaus are unfrozen, apply to the preapproval in app.
If accepted and you like the limit, then go freeze all three credit bureau
and voilla , new card without a hard pull
and you know exactly the limit you will get before you accept
also they send a very detailed report to tell you why your application is denied (if denied), which is useful for those with new or improving accounts.
