Hi guys, Jam here, a cafe owner and consultant. We opened our coffee shop 5 years ago, adding a converted horse box coffee trailer and portable coffee cart soon after. We have worked with many small independents, larger scale corporate brands, and everything inbetween. It all started with documenting our journey from day 1 on TikTok (with no prior experience) and now i'm bringing the knowledge gained over the years to you. We have been through it all, the ups, the downs, losing money, making money. I'm here to help you navigate the complexities of setting up and running your very own coffee shop.
