Community Guidelines: How we keep the Academy useful

This is a space for the farms and food businesses in the Ooooby community to learn from each other and share what works. Whether it's packing techniques, pricing, navigating a tricky delivery week, or a win worth celebrating, this is where we swap the knowledge that makes all of us better at what we do.

A few simple things to keep it useful for everyone:

• This is for learning and sharing. Post your questions, ideas, experiences and wins. The most valuable thing you can do here is be generous with what you've learned.

• Be kind and assume good faith. We're all running hard businesses on thin margins. A bit of grace goes a long way.

• Post in the right place. Use the categories so people can find things later. Not sure where something goes? Just pick the closest fit.

• Keep it relevant. No spam, and no selling unrelated products or services.

• Need help with the Ooooby platform? The Academy isn't the support desk. For anything that's broken, or any billing or account question, contact support at [email protected] or via the green button on your Ooooby admin dashboard.
