About Ooh Sis, I Felt That.™
Ooh Sis, I Felt That.™ is a space for Black women who are tired of rushing, explaining, and holding it together all the time. This is where we slow down, breathe, and get honest with ourselves—without pressure, fixing, or pretending.
There’s no expectation to be “on” in here. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to. You don’t have to have the right words. This space is about noticing what’s coming up for you, learning how to pause before you react, and finding better ways to respond in real life—at work, at home, and with yourself.
We talk about boundaries, communication, and emotional awareness in a grown-woman way. Simple. Practical. No lectures. Just real conversations, short teachings, and small practices you can actually use.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It's about staying with yourself—on purpose.
If you’ve ever said, “Ooh sis… I felt that,” you’re in the right place.
Come on in.
