Onyx Elite’s Strength Systems provide an insight into programming that is developed from optimal training methodology to develop overall raw strength. Our principles build foundational strength and functional capacity through progressive overload, sound biomechanics and variation in stimulus.
Our programs are both regressive and progressive, workouts are varied, challenging and utilise a combination of tools to yield a desired response.
Our Strength Systems Training programs consists of prescribed strength workouts that target the body through a holistic lens, utilising advanced strength building principles.
