The whole point of ppl posting here is to get HONEST CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. Once you tell someone "oh you're so good", yes it makes them happy, but it takes away their will to get better. BUT once you tell someone "you did good "but your lacking blah blah blah" OR "you could do this instead of that" OR "improve blah blah blah". That is what actually helps them.
