A while ago I found this stuff called Superice, It's a rice substitute made with Konjac, Cannellini Beans, and Rice flour. Boys, I swear it's basically 1:1 to real rice. Macros are 0f/18c/12p for each little baggie. It's on Amazon but the supply is weird asf so it will randomly become unavailable, and I bought like 15 boxes last time.
