I have realized that my own reasons for stalling and waiting for 1,000 subscribers to either launch a product or Skool community is a “me”, rejection worry, issue, not necessarily reality. @Shaz Jones said in a recent video about the client willing to spend $ for a service they needed at a higher price than expected. I also think, now, even with 76 subscribers, that I “force” myself and mentally block myself in to the rigid 1,000 subscribers for social proof of success to start a business plan for my channel. I began 14 months ago as a math tutoring channel specifically to get leads for my own math tutoring service, no one except me watched my 1st 13 videos. But people do now on my 4th channel, and my goal was always to create a good supplemental income that my family will need in 5 years. Yes, I theoretically have 5 years, maybe I am lucky. But I have been procrastinating on the business model front and I don’t want to anymore, which is why I joined @Shaz Jones here for leadership. My focus still is on consolidating my 30-35 very loyal casual viewers/subscribers that watch every video I post now and do comment and like in decent numbers. Trust has been achieved by my audience/friends who find my content valuable. Takeaway, it’s hardest to take the 1st step into the unknown and risk. But rewards only come that way.
