#1 Split Squat - Builds single leg strength → better force absorption → less knee stress.
#2 Single Leg Calf Raises - Your calves help control knee load AND protect the Achilles.
#3 Hop to Stick - Teaches the knee to accept force safely. This one is huge for ACL and patellar tendon health.
These exercises should be done 2-3x a week in pre season.
