Exposure
I work in the 911 service as a paramedic. I had an interaction with a coworker yesterday. The way he treated a patient, I strongly disagreed with and it didn’t sit right with me. After the call transpired, I pulled him aside and told him how I felt and voiced my opinion about how he could approach things from a different perspective going forward. He was receptive and appreciated my honesty. It was a hard conversation but I’m proud of myself for speaking my mind respectfully. Definitely a win
