Live Composite + ICM (Intentional Camera Movement)
have you attempted ICM and what do you think of it?
Try using Live Composite and rotating the camera and other techniques such as zooming the lens

Since I was in a store without my ND filter I used the base ISO and smallest Aperture to get a 1/2 or slower shutter speed. If I remember correctly the rotation photo was using Live Composite.
