Not thrilled with the scale this morning. Honestly, it made me crabby. I did the work yesterday — hit my steps, stayed within calories, even went for a walk with Beth — and still saw the number bounce. That’s the downside of daily weigh-ins. Some days the scale doesn’t match the effort.

The number is just one piece of the journey. The effort stacks, even when it doesn’t show up right away. Today is about keeping that effort steady and resetting the attitude. Tomorrow will be a fresh start, but today is still a chance to move forward.
