Yesterday was a strong day — disciplined on food, steady on steps, and rewarded with a new low this morning. My MBA project came together well, and even better, a co-worker took care of something I thought I’d be stuck with. Wins like that remind me it’s not just about the grind — sometimes things break in your favor when you stay consistent.
Today I’m heading up to Minnesota to see my boss in his last week and meet the new one. Change always feels uncertain, but the core doesn’t change: keep showing up, keep doing the work, and keep moving forward.
“There are no constraints on the human mind, no walls around the human spirit, no barriers to our progress except those we ourselves erect.”
-Ronald Reagan
The barriers are usually the ones we put on ourselves — doubt, excuses, fear. Push past those, and the path stays open.
