I made some sourdough crackers. Thought I’d be creative and add some fresh herb… and some dried habaneros… just a bit.
I should have known from the sneezing while I was grinding them with mortar and pestle that they were going to be hot!!

Too hot but I can’t stop eating them!
I’m not going to make sourdough bread every day… but I can make crackers 1-2 a week.
