• When you’re barefoot, your feet have direct contact with the ground, allowing you to feel every shift of weight and pressure.

• Without the cushioning of shoes, your body naturally recruits more muscles in your legs and hips for stability and power.
• This helps hitters learn how to use their legs properly, leading to better and more efficient pelvic rotation.
