I want to thank Lane, Yannick Charland, and Suri Virasih for helping me with my swing and ultimately allowing me make my high schools baseball team, and thought it’s 9 days late here’s an update. I would like to add that since this video I have gotten into my legs more and I am not raising up anymore , thanks to you guys I’m hitting hard line drives consistently.

Looking for some feedback on lead elbow direction at launch. My son, Noah bottom hand(lead elbow) works out and up. Any drills he can try to level out that lead arm?
