A systematic flow of money into the plan 2. A return on that money 3. Available or access when needed 4. Minimum taxes while that money is accumulating 5. Minimum taxes on the distribution 6. Ease of distribution of the money 7. Contain contingencies for death, disability, emergencies, unforeseen consequences 8. Minimize risk as much as possible 9.
