Hey all!
Looking for some herbal/alternative medicine recs. Not seeking ‘medical advice’ of course :) just experience or suggestions.
I’ve had an EBV panel showing recent flare-up. Long haul fatigue, night sweats, cold that seems deep in my bones, terrible headaches and major brain fog.
The EBV flare started with an imbedded deer tick treated w prophylactic antibiotics (21 days total) in late-October. Followed by HFMD (Coxsackievirus) in December, then mononucleosis in early January.
WTH 🤦♀️ I know.
Anyhoo, other inflammation markers as well. Most people shrug off the tiredness because I have three young kids. But that ain’t it! 😂. Otherwise, I’m very active.
