Hello! Need some help 👇 I'm kind of freelancing for a smaller brand, with no set hours and very sporadic. So recently I covered an event they did and did photos and videos (phone, DSLR and drone) and then created 4ish reels (two with VO tailored to the brand)... the initial payment agreement was 10/h since I was supposed to help with social media so it seemed more like a weekly job. I now only worked on the reels and some extra editing for the owner and I did roughly 13h of work that week, but can only charge 130€ for it. Fair point for what we agreed, but how much should I do it in the future so I don't undervalue myself, as this is non sustainable? A package for an event? Like coverage on the day + 3 reels, 20 photos for XY? I don't want to overdo it as I love te work and the brand and I know they don't have much budget but want it to make sense ofc. Any insight greatly appreciated 🙏 thank you💛
