🔥 Where Are You Really at in Your UGC Journey?
hi besties!!!! It’s been a minute… I had hand surgery + a chaotic few months, so I haven’t been as active here as I wanted to be. But I’m finally back and honestly excited to reconnect with you again. And omg, I saw SO many new people joined recently 👀 So before I jump back into posting new tips, templates, and editing breakdowns, I really want to understand what you need right now. Because the truth is:UGC isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. The stage you’re in determines everything what you should focus on, what you should ignore, and what will actually help you move forward. So let’s do a quick reset together: What’s ONE thing you’re stuck on right now? Just one. The first thing that comes to mind. It helps me see exactly what this community needs so I can create posts that actually solve your real problems, not just generic advice. I’m back, I’m feeling good, and I want to make this place valuable again for all of us. Can’t wait to read your responses 🫶 Nyomi What stage are you in right now?

Target brands and followers
Hi Nyomi! I’m so happy to be part of this community. Thank you for all the support you give, especially to beginner UGC creators. I have a question about something you mentioned in one of your training videos. You said that targeting brands and attracting followers should be around 50/50. I understand the part about targeting brands, but I’m not sure how to grow an audience as a beginner. I’m not a professional video editor yet and I don’t know all the tricks of this niche. I also don’t really want to create educational content for other UGC creators — that’s not the direction I want to take. So I wanted to ask: What do you think about building a “honest review” style page, where 50% of my content is portfolio-style videos for brands, and the other 50% is product reviews and honest opinions for followers? Do you think this type of strategy could attract an audience? Would it actually work? Thank you so much!

Question
I have finished writing my script, but I've run into a challenge in the pre-production phase regarding my B-roll footage. I know what items I need to film for each niche (Food, Clothing, etc.), but I'm unsure how to film them because I don't know the final editing style or pacing....any idea?
