Every moment is about remembering- who you are. If you want peace, if you want anything, you're going to have to fight like hell out of what your body knows- of what is safe, what is familiar. The way to do that is really simple- find the place in you that feels truest in you. The space in your heart. Reaffirm again and again, your true position- Presence. It's only a matter of time until Presence starts to grow and infiltrate you- and the old way gets smaller and smaller. This is how it works- one must be greater than the other to move it out. Always focus on the true place. Be in your heart and presence will grow. Love to all of us experiencing hard times, moments, difficulty all the time. We all are. (And we all Are. <3 )

On our first virtual call in the fall, We asked, "Who here is coming out of a difficult period in their life?" Almost every person raised their hand. It makes sense. The last few years have been an awakening for the entire world- and every single one of us has our own version of that- through the change that's occurred in our own lives. In speaking to other members in different communities, it's clear- SO many people have joined Skool after tremendous change in their life. Many of us are still working through it. If this is you, Comment: -How has your life changed in the last few years that was suddenly alarming to you? -How do you think it's made you better/stronger? It's an honor to gather here after this period in all of our lives. We are hopeful that this change (although difficult) brings us closer to the version of ourselves we dreamed of.

I'm on my way. Let's meet at the center of it or at some landmark that will be easy for everyone to find. Whoever gets there first, let us know where you are.
