The 5 Step Stupid-Simple Goal Setting System
Time and time again we start off the year strong, have a good week - then completely bail on our goals This isn't because we lack motivation. The truth is we lack SYSTEMS. To be more exact, we lack SIMPLE SYSTEMS. All of 2025 this is all what I've been obsessed with. Before I believed that goal achieving was all about the right mindsets and strategies, but in practicality it's all about the right systems in place to make things more effortless Here's the system I created that I will use for this year to help me win 2026, I want to give you the same tools as well: 1. Have a CLEAR vision of the best-version-of-you you want to end the year as 2. Set up ONE goal in each of the following categories: Spirituality, Health, Wealth, Career, Relationships 3. Create chart, on left side put the STANDARDS you will set for yourself each day/week to set you up for hitting your goal 4. On the right side, put the one simple ACTION you can do consistently 5. Stick to the system for at least a month before refining The beauty lies in the simple things we do consistently that leads to great results - don't overcomplicate. You got this!
