in Brewer 2.0 FB page we were building and sharing a network of agents that were willing to list novations. Do we still have that and sharing?

Hi Everyone, Curious whether there are any immediate indicators on Zillow, of whether a listing is/was a Novation. To give you some context here - I'm trying to find a "Novation-friendly" Realtor. Such a realtor will have listed novation deals. So it should be possible to go on Zillow and find "Sold" or "For Sale" Listings that are Novations. Assuming that's indeed possible - then the question becomes... What (if anything) can you see in a Zillow Listing which shows - or at least strongly suggests - that a Listing is, or was, a Novation? Also, if there are NO immediate indicators on Zillow - how else might you approach this? Naturally, you could just call agents and ask about novations. But it would be great to have a shortcut, especially in markets where there are hundreds of agents. [**If this has ALREADY been addressed elsewhere - feel free to drop a link.
