Hey, I'm Gwen. Grab your sweet tea, bone broth, kombucha, or cold brew, and pull up a chair. I'm a FASTer Way nutrition coach with a grain mill on the shelf and kombucha brewing on the counter. I have a dozen chickens cackling outside my door, and a revolving door in my kitchen all day long.
This community is a kitchen-first space for midlife women ready to get more strategic. You're health-savvy and you know your way around the kitchen, but you're not feeling quite the way you want to. We're not scared of carbs here, and we love our protein! Messy buns and messy kitchens are welcome. We're leaning into nourishing foods, building strength, and gaining the energy and resilience you'll need for the next 30 years.
