Try this before your next meal ✨
Before you next eat, just take a second to notice where you are. Are you standing at the counter? Scrolling? Half watching something on TV? Working at your computer? No judgement at all, most of us do it without even realising. But all of those things pull us away from what's actually happening in our bodies while we eat — the hunger, the satisfaction, that moment when you start to feel full.
So the practice is simple: sit down, take a breath, and try eating without any distractions. That's it.
And then notice what's different. Maybe nothing feels different at first — that's okay too. But you might be surprised what you start to pick up on when you give yourself a little space to actually listen.
