Barefoot Training
Despite what you’ve been fed on socials, doing any exercise barefoot does not automatically make it better for you. If your squat is worse without shoes on, the following things are not automatically true:
1 - you need to squat barefoot to “fix it”
2 - you’re not qualified to squat
