🚨Reminder: You keep the Originals!
Hi all, for those not sure or new to the paperwork.
You always keep the original notices you send out.
So once signed/autographed and finished, you scan it, print it, and send the certified copy and file the original.
What I do is:
Save the scan in Canva, including the envelope,
Then add the paid receipt
And the proof they received it a few days later - so they are all on one document/file, then download and save on a separate hard drive with the postage number as the reference number, should I need to find it.
A copy of a document has less power in the court, and if all they can produce are copies, this is more power to you!
NOTE: You should always be able to stand by and defend every word on your paperwork (standing in honour in a court).
