Council Tax Payment requests for a new Flat...
Hi there - not sure if this is the right forum, but I have just buy a second property and keep getting hounded by the council re council tax.. with letters to the new owner etc. They even sent a man around with who left a personal note. I am keeping all corres and would love to write to them with no name on the letter, asking them to stop contacting me... can I do this and what can they do in return. If they dont know my name they cant detail it on any request for payment right - also, if they do, they they are breaking GDPR rules etc... anyone have any bright ideas or tip d' jours? Thank you in advance. Andrew
