Companies House, ID Verification | Opp Out

Hi Team - I am being pressed by my accountant to digitally verify my ID for Companies House, but I understand one doesn't need to do it digitally and it can be done at the post office...

I also understand that Companies House need to be provide an alternative way of filing... by way of law, even tho they say its mandated etc.

Does anyone know of a template letter, I can send to opp out of their mandate?
