Different rules in Wales
I was interested to read on the OpenRent forum that Wales are to introduce licensing for short term lets / holiday lets - is this something that holiday home landlords will need to watch out for? Or is it a good thing? I've stayed in two holiday lets in Norfolk (huge competition and selection of holiday accommodation) however I would be ashamed to offer either of them to a long term tenant!!
Also, does anyone know why the AST has changed in Wales to a Standard Occupation Contract?
