Need Advice for my first Awarded DLA Contract!

Hey, something awesome happened today! I won my first contract with DLA...YAAY! Thank you Lord!

I am asking for help from those who have won DLA contracts. The KO sent me an email with documents and one of them was the CONTRACT/PURCH ORDER. She gave no instructions to the attached documents. I was wondering if I have to sign the this CONTRACT/PURCH ORDER in block 16. Please advise.
