What’s going on, hustlers,
I just dropped a new interview on YouTube with Cyrus, a 22-year-old electrician out of San Diego who recently got started in government contracting.
His story is a powerful reminder of what can happen when you combine focus, consistency, and the right process.
Once Cyrus started bidding consistently, he won 2 contracts in 2 weeks.
He works full-time, has responsibilities outside of the business, and still found a way to make progress by staying focused on the fundamentals.
What stood out to me most was how quickly he built a system.
He learned how to find opportunities, move through solicitations faster, build supplier relationships, organize his quotes and purchase orders, and keep his paperwork clean for traceability.
That process helped him get faster and more confident.
Now, when he has the information he needs, he said submitting a bid can take around 5 to 10 minutes.
That is the power of having a repeatable system.
And that is exactly what we teach.
Cyrus did the work.
He booked calls.
He asked questions.
He implemented feedback.
He stayed consistent.
And the results followed.
Now he has proof of concept, real contracts, and momentum he can build on.
