Be an manufacturer instead of dealer

Hi Everybody,

First of all, I would like to thank Day Canteve for this website. It is the best place for valuable information and people are very helpful. I have a question. I told Dla that my company is a dealer. But, can I bid on RFQs as a manufacturer and make the parts in my house without doing any changes in sam or dla?
