Be careful where you travel (Cambodia is Dangerous)
Just come across this shocking but not surprising video on YouTube. There are a lot of Thai expats leaving for Cambodia because it's "cheap". There were people saying this exact same shit over a decade ago when I got here so it isn't new. It's mostly dirt bag sex tourists from Pattaya... Who game the visa system... And who leave comment on my channel like... "Thailand's finished" "It's too expensive" "A Thai person wasn't nice to me this one time" But anyway... I've been to Cambodia and trust me it's NOT Thailand. A group of guys tried to rob the Dutch girl I was with the first day I was there! She went to the shops and I was in the hotel. They tried to surround her and she ran away back to the hotel. She told me when she got back. I didn't know it was a dodgey place back then. Places like Cambodia are super corrupt and while Thailand may not be perfect... You need to take these things into consideration when choosing where to live.

Which Thai Visa is right for you?
We talk a lot about the "lifestyle," but the logistics are just as important as the location! I wanted to share this guide because it simplifies the "which visa do I need?" question into a simple Yes/No flow. It’s particularly useful for seeing if you qualify for the DTV visa or if the Education route is better for your timeline. Which path are you guys aiming for this year?
